"It's easy to navigate and shows much of the natural beauty that surrounds the community. Since our emphasis is on environmental stewardship, we wanted to make sure that message came through on the website, both in message and in appearance." Far from a typical waterfront community, Cyan Belize is focused on saving the Antillean Manatee, of which less than 1000 remain. In order to make a small impact, Cyan Belize is divided into 15 large estates ranging in size from 7.5 acres to 33 acres. The estates cannot be re-subdivided. Four of the 15 homesites have been sold or are on reserve. The new website also references the homestead guidelines of the community, which include clean energy use, minimum exterior light usage, and peaceful co-existence with wildlife. "CyanBelize.com will give interested folks a chance to learn about what makes our community appealing and different," says Churan. "We're embracing the natural environment instead of creating a synthetic experience, which makes this a unique real estate offering." Cyan Belize is located 64 miles south of Belize City, where direct flights are available to several American cities via major airlines. The community rests on the edge of a Manatee Preserve, about 4 miles from the Caribbean coast by boat using Manatee Bar River. It is 20 miles from Cyan Belize to the barrier reef, the second largest of its kind in the world and a major scuba diving site. About Cyan Belize: Cyan Belize is an eco-friendly, waterfront community of 15 homesites located on a peninsula 64 miles from Belize City. More information can be found at www.cyanbelize.com.
